With over 28 years of industry experience, Devesh will be responsible for driving new revenue growth and delivering enhanced value to global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) clients in the Manufacturing and Financial Services Sectors. Capgemini’s BPO business has seen rapid growth and the sector focus is a key strategic pillar to ensure it stays grounded on delivering increased value to its customers. He joins a global management team with both clients and delivery operations around the world. India, a rapidly growing region within the Capgemini Rightshore™ delivery network is also an important source of new business opportunity.

Devesh has been acknowledged as one of the most successful professionals for delivering profitable growth across several vertical sectors, particularly in the shared services and BPO segment. Prior to joining Capgemini, Devesh served British Telecom (BT) for four years as Finance Director and played a pivotal role in the transformation of their Global IT Platform operations.
