As part of the contract renewal, Convergys will continue to provide processing services including provisioning, activation, usage management and billing for the wide range of services and bundled offerings Cincinnati Bell makes available to its wireline and wireless customers. Convergys will also provide wireline and wireless application development and maintenance services.
