| After successfully handling campaigns from America, Britain, France, Australia and a number of other countries, the $1.6-billion domestic wing of BPO industry is all set to offer better customer service in regional languages. As per Indiatimes, domestic BPO Aegis has started a programme called ‘Shiksha’ under which it teaches agents how to speak better Gujarati, Marathi, Bhojpuri, Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil or Kannada to serve customers.
