| "Learning and development is a significant part of our employee
proposition. We have tripled our investment in learning and development
this year." | Do you consider yourself as an employer of choice? If so, why? WNS is an employer of choice because of the value proposition we offer employees, which is not just monetary compensation but also career development, employee engagement, rewards and recognition. Learning and development is a significant part of our employee proposition. We have tripled our investment in learning and development this year. Apart from the WNS Learning Academy, we have tied up with institutes like Harvard Business Publishing, Symbiosis to offer customised programmes to our employees across all levels.
