The National Association of Software and Services Companies (Nasscom) has announced the appointment of K S Viswanathan as vice-president, industry initiatives, said a press statement. Viswanathan will take the charge of leading and building key industry forums. In his new role, Viswanathan will be based in Bengaluru.
Som Mittal, president, Nasscom, said, “With the diversion of the industry, the need to build programmes and initiatives is increasing to serve the differentiated needs of the industry. Viswanathan's rich industry experience will certainly help to take the Nasscom agenda forward.”
