HGS sites across India, the Philippines, and the United States achieved this Capability Level 4 certification in their first Evaluation for Certification. HGS is the first service provider to be eSCM-SP certified in the Philippines, and HGS is the first service provider in the United States to have acquired eSCM-SP Capability Level 4 certification.
The scope of the certification includes Customer Services voice and back office, Claims Processing and back office, Technical Support Services, and Fulfillment related to Customer Services. The Full Evaluation for Certification was conducted onsite by UL-DQS, an ITSqc Authorized Organization. |
