Tuesday, July 24, 2012:  ITC Infotech, a leading global IT services and solutions company, and a fully owned subsidiary of ITC Ltd., today announced the introduction/launch of a new cloud-based CRM/Loyalty Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service “Powered by Oracle” and based on Oracle’s Siebel CRM.
