With this, Xchanging Global ITO Operations is now the third organization in the world and second in the country to touch the landmark.

Initiated and owned by the Software Engineering Institute of Carnegie Mellon University, USA, CMMI Maturity Level 5 is the highest level of process maturity that independently verifies an organisation's capabilities to continuously enhance its processes through incremental and innovative process and technological improvements. CMMI Maturity Level 5 affirms the ability of organizations to manage statistically the sub-processes needed to achieve process and business objectives.
